We have strong opinions, weakly held. We have conviction in our beliefs and the willingness to dissent, as well as the flexibility to adapt and learn. The beaten paths have gotten us climate change. We need to find new paths, develop new solutions, and build new technology.

We have high integrity. We establish and follow standard operating procedures to generate real results, with real impact. When we fail, we acknowledge it and improve.

We care for one another. We acknowledge our strengths and weaknesses, and share the desire to grow personally, and as a team. We praise in public, give feedback in private. There are no surprises.
